Anshar Studios in Katowice is seeking a DevOps Engineer to architect and improve CI/CD pipelines for Unreal Engine projects. Strong scripting skills (Python, Groovy, Bash, PowerShell) and experience with monitoring tools are essential. English proficiency (B2/C1) is required for cross‑team communication.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Scripting languages: Python, Groovy, Bash, PowerShell.
• Proven track record of designing and running highly available CI/CD infrastructures.
• Knowledge of monitoring: Grafana, Prometheus, Zabbix.
• Capacity-planning and incident response for build farms or similar services.

Responsibilities

• Architect, implement and improve Jenkins-based CI/CD pipelines for Unreal Engine projects.
• Administer and optimize Perforce server setup, backups and performance.
• Configure project build pipelines for automatic validations.
• Scale and manage the build farm with Proxmox and container runners.
• Mentor junior and regular DevOps engineers; provide docs and training.
• Evaluate and adopt new tools/plugins to improve reliability and developer experience.
• Provide first-line support for developers and coordinate via Slack and email.
