Anshar Studios in Katowice, Poland, is seeking a Senior/Expert Tech Programmer to join our on-site team and help us develop games using Unreal Engine.

You will work on current and next-gen console projects, implement advanced systems, debug code, and optimize performance across a large codebase.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 6 years of programming experience.
• Proficiency in C++.
• Unreal Engine 5 experience.
• Strong debugging and profiling skills.
• Good problem solving abilities.
• Understanding of game engine internals.
• Ability to work in a large codebase.
• Experience with version control (Perforce).
• Intermediate English (B1/B2).
• Intermediate Polish (B1/B2).
