Job summary

Emporix is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer (or high-potential Mid-level) in Poland to ensure our Kubernetes-based platform runs reliably, securely, and at scale. You will own infrastructure design, IaC, and production readiness.

You’ll work with the DevOps Team Lead and engineers, pairing hands-on cloud engineering with security baked into pipelines, CI/CD, and monitoring. Remote from anywhere in Poland with monthly office visits in Gliwice.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in DevOps/SRE/Cloud engineering.
• Proven ability to design scalable cloud-native infra with IaC.
• Fluent Polish and English (min B2) and strong communication.
• Degree in CS/CE or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve cloud-native infra using IaC.
• Maintain Kubernetes-based headless e-commerce platform.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines and security integration.
• Assist in security reviews and incident response.
