Job summary

Pracyva is seeking a senior DevOps/Platform/SRE professional to deliver a PoC for open-source workload automation and drive its evolution into a scalable, enterprise-ready solution. You will build containerised platforms on Kubernetes and design end-to-end automation workflows, supporting CI/CD pipelines and security-focused deployments.

The role emphasizes cross-time-zone collaboration, testing, and robust automation practices to ensure reliable, observable systems across global teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a DevOps / Platform / SRE / Infrastructure Engineering role.
• Strong coding/scripting capability (e.g. Python, Java, or similar).
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes in real delivery/operations scenarios.
• Experience with DevOps tooling such as Jenkins, Ansible, GitHub (and/or GitHub Actions).

Responsibilities

• Deliver the PoC of open-source workload automation and evolve it to a scalable enterprise-ready solution.
• Build and maintain containerised platforms and services on Kubernetes.
• Design, implement and operate automation and orchestration workflows (workload scheduling and data/processing pipelines).
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
• Support engineering teams with reliability, repeatability, observability, and secure deployments.
• Collaborate across global locations with clear communication and ownership.
• Contribute to testing practices (automation, integration testing, release validation).
