Infolet in Kraków is hiring for a senior DevOps/Platform Engineering role. You will deliver a PoC for an open-source workload automation platform and evolve it into a scalable production solution. You will manage containerized platforms on Kubernetes and own CI/CD pipelines and automation across global teams.

The role emphasizes DevOps practices, reliability, observability, and security, with hybrid work (2 days in office / 3 days remote) and collaboration across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Hands-on experience managing Kubernetes environments in production.
• Experience with Workload Automation, Kafka, or Apache Airflow.
• Strong programming or scripting skills in Python, Java, or similar.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong communication and collaboration with distributed teams.
• Solid testing practices including automation and integration testing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a Proof of Concept for an open-source workload automation platform.
• Build, maintain, and optimize containerized platforms on Kubernetes.
• Design, implement, and operate workload automation and data workflows.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infra automation.
• Promote DevOps best practices for reliability, observability, and security.
• Collaborate with globally distributed teams and own technical outcomes.
• Contribute to testing activities: automation, integration testing, release validation.
• Improve platform stability, scalability, and operational excellence.
