A leading boutique consulting firm in Poland is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to enhance engineering practices and enable clients through knowledge transfer and coaching. The role involves building systems, automating software delivery, and guiding teams in adopting best DevOps practices. Ideal candidates will possess strong skills in cloud technologies, CI/CD, and mentoring others. This position offers an annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $183,000 along with comprehensive benefits and unlimited PTO.

We lead DevOps transformations in many different industries, anywhere from financial institutions to healthcare providers.
We’re looking for senior DevOps engineers and consultants who are passionate about both best practices in modern engineering and enabling clients by transferring knowledge, coaching, training, and upskilling.

As a hands‑on client and team leader, we expect you’ll have significant experience with many of the tools and technologies we frequently use with our clients. While we know it's impossible to be an expert on all the tools available, for this senior position we expect you'll be able to perform advanced tasks in a majority of the below areas independently, as well as be able to train or upskill client and colleague engineers. For those areas where you are not able to perform advanced tasks, we expect the ability to comfortably perform intermediate tasks independently and demonstrate the ability to advance these areas quickly.
