Job summary

Cavendish Professionals seeks a proactive Senior DevOps Engineer for a client in-house technology consultancy. You will own cloud infrastructure, build end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, and embed security practices across scalable cloud-native systems.

You will lead automation, design IaC with Terraform, and guide engineering squads on best practices for containerized environments and cloud architectures. Excellent English required for global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven commercial experience as a Senior DevOps or Platform Engineer in enterprise environments.
• Strong systems engineering background with container orchestration, Linux, and cloud architecture.
• Consultant mindset with ability to explain the 'why' behind technical choices and guide teams on automation.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of building, configuring, and scaling development infrastructure and automation tooling.
• Design, maintain, and test resilient CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration, delivery, and deployment.
• Architect Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform for repeatable, secure deployments.
• Embed security practices into pipeline workflows and runtime environments.
• Analyze performance, bottlenecks, and telemetry to improve reliability and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional squads, mentor peers, and drive complex infrastructure solutions.
