Job summary

Incubly is seeking a Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer to design IaC and GitOps for a large media sector transformation. You will implement AWS infrastructure in Terraform, build standards, and deliver hands-on engineering in a modern AWS environment.

You will define engineering standards, build CI/CD pipelines for IaC, and prepare runbooks and documentation while collaborating with client teams to ensure resilience and operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or Platform Engineering roles.
• Hands-on AWS in production environments.
• Strong knowledge of Terraform and IaC design patterns.
• Experience defining engineering standards for infrastructure repos and collaboration workflows.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines for IaC with validation and controlled deployment flows.
• Good knowledge of GitOps principles and environment management.
• Hands-on Kubernetes, preferably Amazon EKS.
• Knowledge of AWS services (VPC, IAM, load balancer, autoscaling, storage, DNS, certificates, CDN/edge security, backups).
• Understanding of resilience, failover, backup/restore, and environment recovery concepts.
• Ability to write clear technical documentation and runbooks.
• Strong ownership and ability to work independently.
• Good Polish communication skills for collaboration with local stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide architectural support in designing Infrastructure as Code and GitOps mechanisms.
• Support design of recovery/failover environment with resilience priorities.
• Prepare Terraform repositories, modules, and standards for delivery.
• Define and implement engineering standards for infrastructure repos and workflows.
• Build CI/CD pipelines for Infrastructure as Code with validation and security checks.
• Implement AWS infrastructure in Terraform including networking, IAM, and Kubernetes components.
• Collaborate with engineers on priorities, trade-offs, and delivery sequencing.
• Prepare technical documentation and runbooks for target environment.
• Plan and execute MVP recovery test, document lessons learned.
• Support handover and knowledge transfer to client team.
• Improve maintainability, security, and operational readiness of the platform.
