Job summary

Cenosco is hiring a senior DevOps and infrastructure engineer to strengthen our cloud platform and enable engineering teams across the globe. You’ll focus on reliable Azure-based infrastructure, IaC, deployment automation, and platform reliability, with a strong emphasis on security and observability.

You will help shape how we use AI-assisted tooling to automate build, deployment, and runbook creation, driving scalable and secure DevOps practices for our AIM software.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional DevOps & infrastructure experience in SaaS or product-based environments.
• Hands-on with Azure cloud services and cloud-native infrastructure design.
• Strong CI/CD, deployment automation, release pipelines, and environment management.
• Experience with IaC tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, or similar.
• Good understanding of containers, Kubernetes, AKS, Ansible, Packer, networking, security, reliability.
• Experience with AI-assisted coding or automation tools, or interest in applying them to DevOps.
• Strong enablement mindset: creating standards, reusable solutions, documentation, and automation to help teams move faster and more safely.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on Azure with reliability and security.
• Own and improve Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Pulumi, or similar.
• Build, optimize, and automate CI/CD pipelines across environments.
• Enable engineering teams with self-service infrastructure, deployment templates, automation scripts, and standards.
• Drive containerization and orchestration using Kubernetes and Talos.
• Embed security, compliance, monitoring, and disaster recovery into workflows from the start.
