Job summary

Caspian One is seeking experienced DevOps Engineers for a Capital Markets modernisation programme. The role focuses on automation, standardising deployment processes and modernising trading and analytics applications.

You will build CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps, create automation with Python and Bash, manage Ansible playbooks, and deploy containerised workloads on Kubernetes. This hands-on role drives reliability and transformation across development, test and production.

Qualifications

• Strong infrastructure background with hands-on DevOps experience.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and automation.
• Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting; familiar with Ansible.
• Containerisation and orchestration with Docker/Podman/OpenShift/Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Develop automation solutions using Python, Bash and related tooling.
• Create and maintain Ansible playbooks and configuration management processes.
• Support and deploy containerised workloads across Kubernetes platforms.
• Work on application modernisation and containerisation initiatives.
• Manage environments across development, test and production.
• Troubleshooting issues across application, infrastructure and deployment layers.
• Partner with Development, QA and Platform Engineering teams to improve delivery processes.
