Job summary

Caspian One is seeking experienced DevOps Engineers for a Capital Markets modernisation programme. The role focuses on automation, standardising deployment processes and modernising trading and analytics applications.

You will build CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps, create automation with Python and Bash, manage Ansible playbooks, and deploy containerised workloads on Kubernetes. This hands-on role drives reliability and transformation across development, test and production.

Qualifications

• Strong infrastructure background with hands-on DevOps experience.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and automation.
• Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting; familiar with Ansible.
• Containerisation and orchestration with Docker/Podman/OpenShift/Kubernetes.

Caspian One is working with a leading Capital Markets organisation undergoing a significant infrastructure and application modernisation programme. As part of this initiative, we're looking for several DevOps Engineers to join a team focused on improving automation, standardising deployment processes and modernising a portfolio of business-critical trading and analytics applications.

This is a hands on engineering role suited to someone who enjoys solving infrastructure challenges, automating manual processes and working closely with development teams to improve how applications are built, deployed and supported.

You'll be working across a diverse application estate. Some platforms are already containerised and operating in modern environments, while others remain more traditional and require significant transformation work.

The focus is on driving DevOps maturity, implementing infrastructure automation, improving deployment reliability and helping move applications towards a more standardised operating model.

What you'll be doing;
