Job summary

Regnology is seeking a Senior CI/CD & AI-Enabled DevOps Engineer to own and evolve the developer platform and CI/CD ecosystem, driving automation and AI augmentation across engineering workflows.

You will lead architecture decisions, collaborate with security and product teams, and implement scalable, secure pipelines that improve delivery speed and reliability in a remote-Poland work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is required.
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, CI/CD, or platform engineering across production systems.
• Strong expertise with CI/CD systems (Jenkins or similar), Linux, and GCP.
• Deep experience with IaC (Terraform) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker, Helm).
• Proven skills in observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic) and performance tuning.
• Solid understanding of security best practices (IAM, encryption, zero-trust).
• Strong programming/scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar).
