Job summary

Regnology, a global leader in regulatory reporting, seeks a Fullstack Software Engineer to join its international R&D team in Poznań. You will help build Regnology Cloud, a SaaS platform deployed in Google Cloud, using TypeScript/Angular, Java Spring Boot, and PostgreSQL.

You will own significant parts of the system and collaborate in a Scrum environment while applying AI coding tools to accelerate development.

Qualifications

• Experience with backend/fullstack development; languages like Java, Python, Go, C# are a plus.
• Hands-on Google Cloud experience and cloud-native design.
• Fluent in English and able to work in an international team.

Responsibilities

• Actively shape technical solutions and take ownership of deployed systems.
• Design and implement software across the stack (TypeScript, Java, Postgres, Helm, Terraform, Bash, Python).

What you'll do

As a Fullstack Software Engineer at Regnology, you will be part of our international and agile Research & Development Team.

Together with your colleagues, you will develop Regnology Cloud (https://www.regnology.net/en/our-solutions/rcloud-%E2%80%93-augmented-regulatory-reporting/), a SaaS Platform to deploy and manage Regnology Product instances in Google Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively shape technical solutions and the product, with real ownership of the systems you build
• Design and implementation of software across the entire stack (today primarily TypeScript (Angular), Java (Spring Boot), Postgres, Helm, Terraform, Bash, Python)
• Working in Google Cloud to design, deploy, and operate cloud-native services as a core part of the platform
• Use AI coding tools such as Codex or Claude Code as a natural part of the development process
• Be part of a Scrum Development Team striving for improving the development and delivery processes while always maintaining a magnificent team spirit
