Optiveum is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to automate infrastructure with Terraform, migrate to cloud, and build CI/CD pipelines across Azure and on-premises systems. The role requires strong Azure expertise and extensive Terraform experience, with a hybrid work setup in Wrocław.

The successful candidate will own deployments, coordinate releases, and improve observability while ensuring secure operations across environments. fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• Polish or EU citizenship, or a permanent residence / work permit valid for at least 12 months.

Senior DevOps Engineer (Azure, Terraform)

About the Offer

We are currently looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join the team of one of the world's leading global investment banks. The project is delivered together with a large international IT services company. For this role, Optiveum is the recruitment and contracting party, which means you will sign the cooperation agreement directly with us.

You will automate infrastructure with Terraform, support the migration to cloud, build CI/CD pipelines and coordinate complex releases across Azure and on-premises environments.

Key Details:

• Rate: 125–150 PLN/h (B2B), depending on experience

• Work Model: Hybrid, 3 days per week from the client's office (non-negotiable), full-time

• Location: Wrocław (candidates must live in or within commuting distance of Wrocław)

Recruitment Process:

• One interview with the IT services partner, followed by 1–3 interviews with the bank

• Technical tasks are done live: please have your environment set up and tested beforehand. The use of AI tools, coding assistants or code generators during interviews is not allowed
