Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Senior Data and Analytics Engineer to maintain production and staging environments, drive cloud infrastructure automation, and support migrations across environments.

You will work on Kubernetes-based systems, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tooling to ensure reliable SaaS operations. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in SRE/DevOps, strong AWS EKS and Kubernetes experience, and solid scripting in Bash, Python, or Go.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Production Operations.
• Experience with AWS EKS supporting production SaaS.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD systems (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI).
• GitOps experience and strong Git fundamentals.
• Experience with GitHub, Jira, and Confluence in collaborative environments.
• Kubernetes experience (EKS, kOps).
• Observability stack (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, PagerDuty).
• Scripting in Bash/Python/Go.
• IaC (Terraform, Helm).
• DB knowledge (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
• English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Migrate applications between environments; weekend migrations may be required.
• Monitor production/staging environments for high availability and performance.
• Respond to incidents; perform triage and post-incident analysis.
• Participate in on-call rotation with SLAs.
• Handle operational requests from Product/Support/teams.
• Maintain monitoring, dashboards, logs, and alerts; improve observability.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, releases, and GitOps workflows.
• Contribute to automation to reduce toil.
• Maintain and improve Kubernetes-based infra and containerized workloads.
• Support Infrastructure as Code practices.
