As a Senior Developer, SharePoint and Power Platform, you will serve as a senior technical resource within the Modern Workplace team. Your responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise SharePoint solutions and Power Platform applications, supporting complex development projects, and providing technical mentorship to junior developers. You will partner closely with the team and business stakeholders to translate requirements into efficient, maintainable solutions that drive productivity and digital transformation across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop SharePoint Online and Teams solutions, including modern sites, web parts, and site templates.
- Architect and build enterprise Power Apps (canvas and model-driven) to address business process needs.
- Develop advanced Power Automate flows for workflow automation and business process optimization.
- Create Power BI reports and dashboards to support data‑driven decision making.
- Lead technical design reviews and provide architecture guidance for SharePoint and Power Platform projects.
- Develop custom solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), TypeScript, and React.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers on the team.
- Establish and maintain development standards, best practices, and documentation for the Modern Workplace team.
- Support migration and modernization efforts from legacy SharePoint environments to SharePoint Online.
- Integrate SharePoint and Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft 365 services and third‑party systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to SharePoint and Power Platform.
- Provide incident and task support for the SharePoint and Power Automate platforms.
Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science, Information Systems or Related Field.
- 5+ years of SharePoint development experience.
- 3+ years of Power Platform development experience (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Expertise in SharePoint Online development, including modern site architecture and customization.
- Proficiency in SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development using TypeScript and React.
- Proficiency in Power Apps (canvas and model‑driven) design and development.
- Proficiency in Power Automate flow development and business process automation.
- Experience with Power BI report and dashboard development.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API and REST API integrations.
- Capability to develop, modify, and troubleshoot PowerShell scripts for system administration.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients, peers, and management to troubleshoot issues and recommend solutions.
- Ability to fully document technical design and related project or systems‑level documentation.
- Written and verbal skills in the English language.
- Independence to work alone or in teams on assigned tasks with a high degree of technical judgment.

The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be 11,416 to 14,266 PLN gross per month.
