Your career opportunity

We’re building app.hsbc, HSBC’s new application development platform. We’ll win or lose based on whether 30K developers choose to build on it — not because they’re told to. This is a hands‑on Developer Relations Engineer (Platform Enablement) role focused on shipping practical assets that make the platform the path of least resistance: golden-path templates, reference implementations, automation and documentation that developers actually use. Over the next 3–4 years, ~80% of bank workloads are expected to move to the platform. That’s why we need people who can build, iterate and deliver at pace — while staying close to developer feedback and turning friction into fixes.

What we offer

The pay range for this role is 23433 PLN - 28000 PLN (monthly, gross).

Variable pay is discretionary, but influenced by Group performance, business/function performance and individual performance.
