HSBC Service Delivery in Kraków seeks an IT Business Analyst to support Avaloq change and delivery across HSBC locations and system landscapes. You will connect business stakeholders with product owners, developers, testers, architects, vendors and control functions, translating banking needs into practical, well-controlled technology solutions.

This role involves analysing requirements, documenting processes, and ensuring traceability through release.

• Assess the impact of changes across Avaloq modules, configuration, customisation, integrations, data, reporting and support processes.
• Work with architects, developers, testers and vendors to define solution designs, interfaces, data mappings and non-functional requirements.
• Define acceptance criteria, test scenarios and expected results for functional, integration, regression, migration and user acceptance testing.
• Analyse defects and production issues, support root-cause analysis, and maintain traceability from requirement through release.
• Support estimation and prioritisation by identifying scope, dependencies, risks and delivery effort.

ABOUT THE PROJECT

HSBC is a global banking and financial services organisation operating in 64 countries and territories. Our Private Banking business uses Avaloq, a leading wealth management and banking platform covering client management, investments, trading, lending, payments, risk, compliance and back-office operations. As an IT Business Analyst, you will support Avaloq change and delivery across HSBC locations and system landscapes. You will connect business stakeholders with product owners, developers, testers, architects, vendors and control functions, translating banking needs into practical, well-controlled technology solutions.
