Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive design, configuration, and optimization of monitoring and automation platform.
• Define best practices for observability, monitoring, and alerting.
• Develop automation workflows to reduce manual effort and increase reliability.
• Architect and code missing capabilities, including hardware/system integrations.
• Collaborate with developers, operations, and product teams for end‑to‑end solutions.
• Act as technical expert and advisor; mentor junior engineers.
• Shape roadmap for monitoring, automation, and digital services.
