Job summary

Volvo Group in Wroclaw seeks a skilled .NET developer to join an international team, building web applications and services using .NET Framework 4.8, .NET 10, Angular and REST APIs. You will collaborate with product managers, designers and other developers to deliver scalable solutions.

You bring a Bachelor’s degree in CS or engineering, at least 3 years of .NET experience, strong English and a collaborative, Agile mindset.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or related field.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in .NET development.
  • Proficiency in C# and .NET, including .NET Framework 4.8 and .NET 10.
  • Experience with ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, REST APIs, Angular, and SQL Server.
  • Strong problem-solving, attention to detail and collaborative communication.
  • Good command of English and experience in Agile or Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain web applications and front-end components using .NET Framework 4.8, .NET 10, Angular and ASP.NET MVC.
  • Design, implement, troubleshoot, and improve REST APIs and backend services.
  • Ensure code quality through tests, debugging and code reviews.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers and developers to define requirements.
  • Contribute to Agile delivery through sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
  • Stay current with technologies to continuously improve team capability and solution quality.

What You Will Do

At Volvo Group Digital & IT, you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry, and society at large. In this role, you will:

  • Develop and maintain web applications and front-end components using .NET Framework 4.8, .NET 10, Angular and ASP.NET MVC
  • Design, implement, troubleshoot, and improve REST APIs and backend services to support reliable and scalable business solutions
  • Ensure code quality through clean coding practices, unit testing, debugging, and code reviews
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to define requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions
  • Contribute to Agile delivery through sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Stay current with relevant technologies and development practices to continuously improve team capability and solution quality

You will join a collaborative and experienced team of developers dedicated to development of North American Master Data applications. We take ownership of the full lifecycle, from design through development, testing, delivery, and continuous improvement.

Who are you?
Must have
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in .NET development
  • Proficiency in C# and .NET, including .NET Framework 4.8, later versions of .NET Entity Framework Core, and .NET 10
  • Experience with ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, REST APIs, Angular, and Microsoft SQL Server
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative communication style
  • Good command of English and experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
Nice to have
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (eg. CI/CD pipelines)
