Job summary

State Street Corporation in Kraków is seeking a Senior Depositary Analyst to perform and monitor depositary controls, including cash-flow monitoring, safekeeping of assets, and oversight duties in line with UCITS V and AIFMD. The role demands strong analytical skills, English communication, and collaboration within teams, with a mandatory three days per week office presence.

You will engage with finance professionals, utilize Excel extensively, and contribute to a robust custody environment

Qualifications

• BA or MA degree in Economics / Finance or related; other educational background acceptable
• Experience in finance, custody or depositary
• Knowledge of UCITS V and AIFMD is desirable

Responsibilities

• Perform, analyse and monitor the quality of depositary control functions
• Conduct cash-flow monitoring and safekeeping of assets
• Oversee compliance with AIFMD/UCITS and local regulations
• Collaborate with Investment Manager oversight duties

Who we are:

Depositary is an independent third party that is responsible for the safekeeping of assets, performing the cash flow monitoring and the oversight duties over Investment Manager. Senior Depositary Analyst is responsible for performing, analysing and monitoring the quality of a wide spectrum of depositary control functions, namely cash-flow monitoring, safekeeping of assets and general oversight functions in accordance with AIFMD and UCITS and any local regulations and restrictions.

Please not: This role requires 3 days/ week working from office

Minimum Salary: zł68,004 Annual The minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ. Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees. In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance-based awards.
