Job summary

Kanadevia Inova in Poland seeks a Senior Automation Software Engineer to bring DCS to life for Energy-from-Waste and Renewable Gas plants. You will lead projects from engineering and testing through commissioning on site and remotely, shaping how our department works and growing the next generation of automation talent.

You will design and run DCS projects, develop software for EfW, configure IT/OT interfaces, perform FAT/SWFAT and SAT testing, and travel about 12 weeks per year to sites and

Qualifications

• Hands-on Siemens PCS 7 experience with engineering, configuration, and commissioning.
• Experience building PCS 7 projects from ground up and understanding DCS architecture.
• Willingness to travel up to ~12 weeks per year for project work.
• Strong English written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engineer DCS projects for EfW and RG plants.
• Develop DCS software for EfW plants and PLC software for RG plants.
• Perform FAT/SWFAT and SAT testing; commission on site and remotely.
• Lead design reviews with customers and support tendering/commissioning teams.
• Develop and improve DCS template library; coach junior engineers and share knowledge.
