Job summary

Luxoft Poland is seeking an experienced SQL Server Database Administrator to join a specialized DBA team working on trading-related applications in Kraków. The role focuses on database operations, high availability, performance tuning, data‑transfer workflows, and security, with hybrid work arrangement: three days in the office and two remote.

Qualifications

• Experience with high availability configurations using Always On Availability Groups.
• Proficient in SQL Server transactional replication.
• Strong T-SQL skills and query tuning expertise.
• Experience monitoring and troubleshooting database performance.
• Understanding of data partitioning concepts.
• Familiar with SSRS for administration and report development.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain SQL Server databases with HA and performance.
• Monitor overall database health and system metrics.
• Tune and optimize databases for speed.
• Diagnose and resolve database-related issues.
