Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Resident Solutions Architect to design and implement scalable data, analytics, and AI solutions using Databricks on cloud platforms. You will lead architecture and delivery of commercial use cases while ensuring production readiness, security, and governance.

You’ll mentor delivery teams on cloud, DevOps, and MLOps, with emphasis on performance, scalability, and Best practices in data governance. This role offers a hybrid work model after onboarding.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of consulting experience, including 7+ years in Data Engineering and Analytics.
• 6+ Databricks projects delivered with hands-on development experience.
• Databricks Data Engineering Professional certification.
• Strong expertise in Databricks, Apache Spark, and Python.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP (deep expertise in at least one).
• Performance and scalability optimization.
• CI/CD and MLOps knowledge, DevOps tools and practices.
