Sowelo Consulting sp. z o.o. is seeking a Senior Data Architect to lead end-to-end design and deployment of scalable data platforms on Databricks for US-facing clients, while working remotely from Poland.

You will translate client goals into production-ready pipelines using Python, SQL, Spark, and cloud services, and drive architectural decisions with a focus on performance, security, and cost efficiency.

Formación

• 8+ years in data engineering, architecture, or big data platform development.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL with distributed computing expertise.
• Experience building modern data platforms on Databricks with major cloud providers.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, DataOps, and production-grade pipelines.
• Strong consulting skills enabling workshops and stakeholder communication.

Responsabilidades

• Translate client objectives into scalable, secure, cost-optimized data architectures.
• Oversee complex migration and lakehouse deployments across multi-cloud environments.
• Design, build, and productionize end-to-end data ingestion and transformation pipelines with Databricks, Spark, Python, SQL, and cloud services.
• Assist in scoping engagements with architectural designs and effort estimates.
• Collaborate with delivery teams, client engineers, and project managers to ensure timely, high-quality execution.
• Document architectures and establish best practices for long-term client self-sufficiency.
