Qualifications

• 9+ years in data engineering, data architecture, or analytics consulting.
• 5+ years implementing Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, or Azure Synapse.
• Snowflake, Alteryx, Power BI, or Tableau certifications preferred.
• SnowPro Advanced Certification highly preferred.
• 5+ years with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong ETL/ELT experience with Fivetran and Alteryx.
• Experience designing data lake/lakehouse architectures and real-time pipelines.
• Proficient in SQL and Python (Pandas/NumPy).
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience leading client-facing consulting or global delivery teams.
• Excellent communication with business and executive stakeholders.
• Education: MBA or Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering/Data Science/IS/Math.
