Job summary

SoftServe Poland is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to translate client needs into clear, data-driven enterprise solutions. You will work with consultants, data engineers, and delivery leads across regions to shape strategy, design, and delivery outcomes.

You will elicit requirements, document current and target states, build business cases, and contribute to discovery and pre-sales activities. Strong English communication is essential for collaboration.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst in IT environments with enterprise-scale solutions.
• Strong understanding of business operations across domains and industries.
• Experience with data environments and basic data mapping; cloud familiarity helpful.

Responsibilities

• Capture client vision and translate into clear requirements for delivery teams.
• Model as-is and to-be states, identify gaps, risks, and improvements.
• Develop business cases and support pre-sales with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with data engineers and BI teams to ensure data flows align with solutions.
• Manage requirements lifecycle, scope, and prioritization.
