Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim GmbH in Wrocław is seeking a Senior Data to Analytics Specialist (Data Steward) to ensure high-quality, trusted data across the enterprise. You will support data ingestion, validation, governance and publication of data products, working with business and IT stakeholders to ensure accuracy and documentation.

The role requires 4+ years in data governance or related fields, strong SQL and analytic skills, and excellent communication. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Management, Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics or similar.
• Strong SQL skills including joins, data reconciliation and source-to-target validation.
• Experience with relational databases and complex data structures.
• Experience in data validation, testing, data quality or data management activities.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor data ingestion activities and onboarding of enterprise data products.
• Execute UAT, perform source-to-target data validation, investigate discrepancies and ensure data meets requirements.
• Maintain metadata, business glossary and governance documentation in Collibra and support governance catalog info.
• Configure and monitor Data Quality KPIs; investigate data issues and drive quality improvements.
• Collaborate with Data Owners, Data Product Teams, Business Experts and IT to support data product lifecycle.
