Job summary

InPost seeks a (Senior) Data Scientist - Operations to join the Operations Data Science Team in Kraków. You will design models and algorithms optimizing parcel routing, scheduling, and delivery speed, with production-grade deployments.

You will work with Python, PySpark, and cloud platforms to move millions of parcels daily and directly impact cost efficiency and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Data Science / ML roles.
• Strong Python skills with ML libraries.
• Experience with large-scale datasets.
• Solid understanding of ML methods (regression, clustering, forecasting).
• Ability to translate business problems into data solutions.

Responsibilities
