Kainos is seeking a Senior Data Scientist for its Workday Products division. You will develop high quality AI/ML solutions for the Workday product suite, including Smart tools and analytics. You may mentor juniors and collaborate with engineering to deploy models in production.

The role emphasizes applying statistics, ML, and generative AI to real-world problems, with dashboards for communicating insights and strong cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Typically 4–5 years of relevant industry experience, or a relevant PhD.
• Proficient in applying mathematics, statistics, and ML to real data.
• Strong Python coding skills for AI/ML production solutions.
• Hands-on with ML frameworks to design and implement production models.
• Experience deploying AI/ML models with engineering teams.
• Familiarity with generative AI use cases and large language models.
• Basic cloud experience with AWS/Azure/GCP.
