Job summary

HelloFresh’s HelloTech team in Warsaw is seeking a Senior Data Scientist focused on AdTech Search Optimization. You will design and implement statistical and ML models to maximize search channel performance and ROI across our direct-to-consumer, subscription business.

You will work with data sources from internal conversions to external ad platforms, collaborating with engineers, product, and marketing to translate objectives into data-driven strategies and production-ready solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of scientific work in statistics, physics, economics, mathematics or data science.
• 3+ years of experience as a (senior) data scientist, preferably in e-commerce.
• Strong marketing domain knowledge and experience with Google Search ecosystem is a plus.
• Experience interpreting experiments and applying regression/classification models.
• Forecasting, portfolio optimization, and Vector Autoregression knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy data-driven optimization models and algorithms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into analytics plans.
• Lead experimental design and interpretation of results with stakeholders.
• Improve incrementality measurement solutions and data pipelines.
• Explore new approaches and iterate on models in production.
