Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Management or related field.

• Collaborate with Data Lead and stakeholders during the Salesforce migration to ensure effective data management practices.
• Guide the project with Customer Master Data Management (MDM) expertise.
• Define and implement Data Governance principles, roles, and processes for customer data.
• Assess and improve Data Quality through cleansing, standardization, and deduplication.
• Understand customer data structures, ownership, and lifecycle for informed recommendations.
• Act as trusted adviser translating business requirements into data-management recommendations.
• Collaborate with technical teams on migration activities focusing on governance and quality.

Your tasks

• Collaborating with the Data Lead and business stakeholders during the Salesforce migration to ensure effective data management practices
• Bringing strong expertise in Customer Master Data Management (MDM) to guide the project
• Supporting the definition and implementation of Data Governance principles, roles, and processes related to customer data
• Assessing and improving Data Quality through data cleansing, standardization, and deduplication approaches
• Understanding customer data structures, ownership, and lifecycle management to provide informed recommendations
• Acting as a trusted advisor to the business, translating business requirements into data management recommendations
• Collaborating with technical teams on migration activities while focusing on governance, quality, and business processes rather than hands-on operational work

Requirements
