Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Senior Data Governance Consultant to support a Salesforce migration and strengthen governance over customer master data. You will partner with the Data Lead and business stakeholders to translate requirements into data management strategies focused on quality and governance.

The role emphasizes governance and strategic oversight rather than hands-on operations, with remote collaboration across teams. Strong MDM and data quality expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Management or related field.
• Strong expertise in Master Data Management (MDM).
• Proven ability to define and implement Data Governance principles and processes.
• Demonstrated skills in assessing and improving Data Quality.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Data Lead and stakeholders during Salesforce migration to ensure effective data management practices.
• Apply expertise in Customer Master Data Management to guide the project.
• Define and implement Data Governance principles, roles, and processes for customer data.
• Assess and improve Data Quality through cleansing, standardization, and deduplication.
• Understand customer data structures, ownership, and lifecycle management to provide informed recommendations.
• Translate business requirements into data management recommendations for governance and quality.
