Sii Poland is seeking a Senior Data Governance Consultant to oversee governance, quality, and Master Data Management during a Salesforce migration. You will align Data Lead and stakeholders, translating business needs into robust data strategies while focusing on governance rather than hands-on tasks.

The role emphasizes collaboration with technical teams and strategic data management, ensuring data quality and lifecycle governance for customer data across projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Management or a related field.
• Proven expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Governance.
• Experience in assessing and improving Data Quality; advanced English.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Data Lead and stakeholders during Salesforce migration to ensure effective data management.
• Provide guidance on Customer Master Data Management (MDM) to steer the project.
• Define and implement Data Governance principles, roles and processes for customer data.
• Assess and improve Data Quality through data cleansing, standardization and deduplication.
• Understand customer data structures, ownership, and lifecycle management to advise.
• Translate business requirements into data management recommendations for the business.
• Support migration activities with focus on governance, quality, and processes rather than hands-on work.

We are looking for a Senior Data Governance Consultant to join our team and play a crucial role during the Salesforce migration. You will work closely with the Data Lead and business stakeholders to ensure effective management of customer master data. This position focuses on establishing data governance principles, improving data quality, and translating business requirements into actionable data management strategies. The role is remote, allowing you to collaborate with technical teams while maintaining a strategic focus on governance and quality. Your tasks

• Collaborating with the Data Lead and business stakeholders during the Salesforce migration to ensure effective data management practices
• Bringing strong expertise in Customer Master Data Management (MDM) to guide the project
• Supporting the definition and implementation of Data Governance principles, roles, and processes related to customer data
• Assessing and improving Data Quality through data cleansing, standardization, and deduplication approaches
• Understanding customer data structures, ownership, and lifecycle management to provide informed recommendations
• Acting as a trusted advisor to the business, translating business requirements into data management recommendations
• Collaborating with technical teams on migration activities while focusing on governance, quality, and business processes rather than hands-on operational work

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Management or a related field
• Strong expertise in Master Data Management (MDM)
• Proven ability to define and implement Data Governance principles and processes
• Demonstrated skills in assessing and improving Data Quality
• Advanced level of English

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Software Lifecycle Management
• Experience with Salesforce migration projects
