Sii Poland is seeking a Senior Data Governance Consultant to support a Salesforce migration and establish strong data governance for customer master data. You will work with the Data Lead and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective data management strategies while focusing on governance and quality rather than hands-on operations.

Remote position with exposure to cross-functional teams and a strategic emphasis on data quality, governance, and lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Management or a related field.
• Strong expertise in Master Data Management (MDM).
• Proven ability to define and implement Data Governance principles and processes.
• Demonstrated skills in assessing and improving Data Quality.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Data Lead and stakeholders during Salesforce migration to ensure data management.
• Apply expertise in Customer Master Data Management (MDM) to guide the project.
• Define and implement Data Governance principles, roles, and processes for customer data.
• Assess and improve Data Quality through cleansing, standardization, and deduplication.
• Understand customer data structures, ownership, and lifecycle to provide recommendations.
• Translate business requirements into data management recommendations for the business.

Your tasks

• Collaborating with the Data Lead and business stakeholders during the Salesforce migration to ensure effective data management practices
• Bringing strong expertise in Customer Master Data Management (MDM) to guide the project
• Supporting the definition and implementation of Data Governance principles, roles, and processes related to customer data
• Assessing and improving Data Quality through data cleansing, standardization, and deduplication approaches
• Understanding customer data structures, ownership, and lifecycle management to provide informed recommendations
• Acting as a trusted advisor to the business, translating business requirements into data management recommendations
• Collaborating with technical teams on migration activities while focusing on governance, quality, and business processes rather than hands-on operational work
