Job summary

WPP is hiring a Senior Data Engineer in Warsaw, Poland for a hybrid role. You will build scalable data platforms, craft ETL/ELT pipelines, and partner with platform and analytics teams to deliver robust data solutions.

You’ll ensure data quality, observability, and performance while supporting real-time and batch workflows in a cloud-native environment. The role requires 4+ years in data engineering, strong Python/Go/Scala, Spark, and GCP experience, plus IaC with Terraform and Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of data engineering experience.
• Strong Python/Go/Scala experience.
• Proficient with Spark and cloud-native data tech.
• Experience with CI/CD, version control, and testing.
• GCP experience and Terraform/. IaC familiarity.
• Containerization with Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines.
