Job summary

Meeru AI is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to build the data and intelligence layer for an AI-native platform serving CFOs and FP&A leaders. You will implement models that learn customer behavior, maintain grounded, verifiable outputs, and partner with staff engineers to ensure production-grade systems.

The role focuses on correctness, traceability, and auditable data. You will work offshore with a distributed team, collaborating closely with US-based AI leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data engineering leadership roles (Staff/Principal/Lead).
• Experience designing canonical data models used by multiple teams.
• Ability to add new data sources/config by configuration, not code rewrites.
• Expert SQL and dbt modeling at scale; performance tuning.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain end-to-end data pipelines and models.
• Develop per-customer data schemas with lineage and governance.
