Qualifications

• Experience with Snowflake data platforms and data engineering.
• Strong data warehousing and analytics capabilities.
• Knowledge of DORA and data governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Act as Senior/Lead developer for the DORA project and contribute to system changes and unified architecture.
• Participate in team meetings to share knowledge and drive continuous improvements.
• Build professional relationships across Nordea networks and act as a proactive business partner.
• Ensure data governance, clarity, transparency and compliance in data flows and metadata solutions.
• Produce high-quality reporting material and complex analyses to support decisions.
• Suggest improvements and escalate issues to meet objectives and goals.
• Lead execution of strategic initiatives by collecting and ensuring compliant access to high-quality data.
