Responsibilities

• Act as Senior/Lead Developer for the DORA project and contribute to system changes, harmonization, and unified architecture.
• Participate in team meetings to share knowledge and drive improvements.
• Build strong relations across Nordea networks to stay up-to-date in domain expertise.
• Ensure data governance, visibility, and compliance across data flows and metadata solutions.
• Produce high-quality material for reporting and presentations to support decision-making.
• Proactively identify improvements and escalate issues to help reach objectives.
• Analyze data to enable fact-based insights and support strategic initiatives.
