The role requires deep autonomy and strong SQL/DBT skills, plus Snowflake and Elastic Stack experience, to influence architecture while delivering reliable, high-throughput data processing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial experience in Data Engineering
• Expert-level SQL skills with performance optimization
• Hands-on experience with DBT for data transformation and modeling
• Experience with Snowflake and Elastic Stack
• Proven experience building large-scale data pipelines
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize existing data processes for reliability and scalability
• Analyze data models, workflows, and processing jobs to identify improvements
• Design and support large-scale data pipelines and transformations
• Drive modernization across the data platform and architecture
• Collaborate with product engineering teams on solutions and implementation
• Ensure best practices in data engineering and performance optimization
