InPost Group in Kraków is seeking a Data Developer to transform data into trusted foundations for decision-making and automation. You will combine engineering skills with business understanding, ensure data quality and support analytics, reporting and product teams.

You will build and maintain data solutions in Databricks using PySpark and SQL, create Delta tables and data models, and translate business needs into robust data pipelines in a global environment.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering or data analysis.
• Experience designing ETL/ELT processes and data models for analytics.
• Experience with cloud solutions, especially Microsoft Azure.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain data solutions in Databricks using PySpark and SQL.
• Combine data from multiple systems to create reliable datasets for reports.
• Create and maintain Delta tables, views and data models.
• Translate business requirements into data logic with analysts and product teams.
• Investigate data issues and implement checks for missing or duplicated data.
• Maintain and improve scheduled Databricks jobs.
• Keep code readable and optimize performance.
• Explore new technologies, including AI tooling, for automation.
• Document data processes and key business rules.
