Job summary

InPost seeks a Data Expert for its Global Network Analytics team. You will design and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using SQL, PySpark, and Python, integrating data from multiple sources to empower analytics and product teams.

Work with Databricks, Data Lake and Delta Lake to build data models, automate loading, and ensure data quality. Strong English and Azure experience required; 2+ years in data engineering is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in Data Engineering or Analytics Engineering.
• Experience designing ETL/ELT and building data models for analytics.
• Cloud experience, especially Microsoft Azure.
• Proficient with SQL, Python, PySpark and Databricks.
• Knowledge of Data Lake/Delta Lake architectures and data modelling.
• Hands-on with Git and Azure DevOps, across Dev/Test/Prod.
• Strong English for international collaboration.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using SQL, PySpark and Python.
• Develop data layers in Databricks, Data Lake and Delta Lake.
• Automate data loading to reduce manual work and errors.
• Ensure data quality with validation, monitoring and incident diagnosis.
• Optimize queries and storage for performance and scalability.
• Provide ready-to-use data for analysts and product teams.
• Create technical documentation in Confluence and manage data lineage.
