Job summary

Traffit is seeking a Lead Data Architect to own the data architecture strategy for the Product Supply domain. You will lead architectural discussions, design scalable data platforms, and collaborate with business and tech teams to enable advanced analytics and AI.

You will mentor engineering teams, define standards, and evaluate new technologies to shape future data platforms in a hybrid Warsaw-based role.

Qualifications

Experience designing data architecture for enterprise environments.
Strong knowledge of data modelling.
Experience with data warehousing concepts and solutions.
Experience designing modern data platforms.
Experience defining target architecture and technical standards.
Experience in Product Supply, Supply Chain, FMCG, or production environments.
Practical Azure platform experience, including Databricks and Data Factory.

Responsibilities

Defining the data architecture strategy for solutions in Product Supply.
Leading architectural discussions and key technology decisions.
Designing scalable data platforms supporting analytics and AI.
Collaborating with business and technology teams on initiatives.
Providing technical guidance and mentoring teams.
Evaluating new technologies and roadmapping data platforms.
Ensuring architecture aligns with security, scalability, performance and data quality.
Supporting AI and advanced analytics implementations.
Leading discussions with AI engineers and evaluating AI solutions.
