Job summary

KUBO is seeking a Senior Data Architect to shape global data platforms and analytics products. You will lead data architecture, modelling, and integrations while guiding Data Engineering teams, collaborating with business stakeholders, and advancing Azure-based data solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Data & Analytics at Senior/Lead/Principal level.
• Extensive experience in data architecture, modelling and integration.
• Hands-on with data pipelines and modern data engineering.
• Strong background in data quality, governance, cataloguing and compliance.
• Familiar with Data as a Product mindset and Azure data stack.
• Commercial experience with Azure Data Factory and Azure Databricks.
• Proficient in SQL and Python.
• Experience leading or coordinating Data Engineering teams.
• Collaborates with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Knowledge of GitHub, CI/CD, and code review practices.

Join a global life science and healthcare company as a Senior Data Architect within the Data Assets, Analytics & AI organization.

In this role, you will help shape and develop data platforms, data products and analytics solutions supporting global Commercial, Marketing, Sales, CRM and eCommerce teams. You will combine data architecture, hands-on technical knowledge and technical leadership, translating business requirements into scalable, production-ready data solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Designing and developing end-to-end data architecture for global Commercial and Analytics solutions.
• Translating business requirements into scalable data platforms, data products and technical solutions.
• Defining and evolving data models, data integration architecture and data pipelines.
• Establishing and maintaining standards for data quality, governance, cataloguing and compliance.
• Promoting a Data as a Product mindset across data assets and products.
• Providing technical leadership and guidance to Data Engineering teams.
• Collaborating closely with business stakeholders, analysts and technology teams.
• Supporting the delivery of production-ready data solutions and ensuring high standards of reliability and scalability.
• Contributing to the evolution of the Azure Data Platform and modern data engineering practices.
• Supporting analytics and reporting solutions, including KPI modelling and analytics products.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Data & Analytics as a Senior Data Architect, Lead Data Architect or Principal Data Engineer.
• Strong experience in data architecture, data modelling and data integration.
• Hands-on experience with data pipelines and modern data engineering solutions.
• Knowledge of data quality management, data governance, data cataloguing and data compliance.
• Understanding of the Data as a Product mindset.
• Strong commercial experience with Azure Data Factory and Azure Databricks.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and Python.
• Experience in leading or coordinating Data Engineering teams.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Good understanding of GitHub, GitHub Actions, CI/CD, version control, pull requests and code reviews.
• Understanding of software development and DevOps practices in a production data engineering environment.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in a FMCG, CPG, Consumer Health or other commercial environment
• Experience with Snowflake.
• Experience with Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau beyond basic reporting.
• Experience with advanced analytics or AI-enabled data solutions.

• Salary: PLN 20,000–25,000 gross PLN/month+ annual bonus
