Job summary

Citi Solutions Center Poland is seeking a data-focused analyst to ensure accurate, timely regulatory data for Citi's markets and risk reporting. You will collaborate with Markets, Risk, Finance, Tech, and Data Engineering to gather requirements, map data flows, and design systematic solutions for business needs.

You will analyze derivatives and SFT data flows, perform variance analyses, and drive automation across data workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or capital markets with a focus on data controls and analytics.
• Domain knowledge of derivatives or SFTs and regulatory data governance policies.
• Strong data analysis and visualization using Excel, SQL, Python, PySpark.
• Proficiency in AI-accelerated data analysis and automation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Project management with ability to prioritize multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document end-to-end Derivatives and SFT data flows across systems, mapping current-to-target states and identifying gaps.
• Perform daily variance analysis across trading books, attributing movements and maintaining dashboards.
• Lead assessment of data flows for regulatory reports and identify strategic data sources (CDEs).
• Coordinate with business stakeholders to define data standards and remediation priorities.
• Design and implement data governance controls, including data quality rules and lineage tracking.
• Design automated solutions to remove manual processes and streamline data workflows.
• Prepare functional specifications and perform testing and data validation.
