Citi Solutions Center Poland in Warsaw is seeking a Securities & Derivatives Senior Analyst to lead end-to-end EMEA regulatory reporting, oversee controls, and mentor junior analysts.

The role requires 5-7 years in regulatory reporting, strong data accuracy, cross-functional collaboration, and a drive to improve processes and automation, with a hybrid work model and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Operations, preferably in the regulatory reporting space.
• Solid experience in transactional/regulatory reporting.
• Proven experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional environment.
• Good understanding of Investments and Capital Market products, as well as trade execution and settlement processes.

Responsabilités

• Lead execution of non-financial/statistical regulatory reports covering multiple EMEA jurisdictions and products, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
• Support and help manage the control framework, including pre- and post-submission validation processes.
• Manage non-financial regulatory reporting issues, driving remediation efforts to sustainable resolution.
• Communicate operational changes arising from remediation, process, or control enhancements to Operations & Technology.
• Contribute to Business Requirements for system/operational-related enhancements and support end-to-end implementation of new or amended regulations.
• Reconcile positions and ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of reporting.
