Citi Solutions Center Poland is seeking an experienced Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting Operations Analyst to drive critical reporting processes with a focus on accuracy, controls, and automation. You will work with Risk, Compliance, and Technology to resolve complex data issues and present metrics to senior leadership.

The role offers hybrid work up to 2 days at home per week, with a market-competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in Operations, preferably regulatory reporting.
• Proven ability to work with business stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of regulations and processes.
• Knowledge of control frameworks and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Support timely submission of non-financial regulatory reports across jurisdictions.
• Resolve issues related to regulatory reporting.
• Communicate changes from remediation or process improvements to Operations & Technology.
• Develop business requirements for system or process enhancements and implement new regulations.
• Reconcile positions for completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Streamline processes, mitigate risks, and document procedures.
• Share knowledge within the team to manage reporting operations.
• Anticipate future regulations by engaging with stakeholders and monitoring trends.
• Drive projects and process improvements.
• Support control functions including audits and policy updates.
• Calculate and monitor key KPIs and ensure timely escalation until resolution.
• Collaborate with Business and Tech on gap identification and improvements.
• Contribute to governance and operational reviews.
• Maintain effective cross-team relationships and ensure Citi policies are followed.
