Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional data analytics experience.
• Strong Python skills for data analysis and processing.
• Very good SQL skills; able to write complex queries.
• Experience with large datasets and mature data environments.
• Proficiency with Tableau, Power BI, Looker or similar.
• Ability to lead analytical projects end-to-end.
• Strong stakeholder management and business communication.
• Polish C1 and English B2+ proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex datasets using Python and SQL.
• Lead analytical initiatives end-to-end, from identifying business needs to delivering insights and recommendations.
• Build analytical tools and automation solutions supporting business decision-making.
• Analyze customer behavior, traffic, revenue, and commercial performance to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
• Develop scenarios and assess the potential business impact of changes and new initiatives.
• Create dashboards and data visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or comparable tools.
• Translate complex data into clear and actionable business recommendations.
• Proactively identify new analytical opportunities and propose data-driven solutions.
• Collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders across multiple areas.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to managers and senior stakeholders.
• Take ownership of analytical projects, including defining the approach, engaging relevant stakeholders, and driving delivery.
