Job summary

Nordea is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to own design and build data solutions end-to-end, from requirements to production-ready systems. You will work with the Default Management team in SD High Risk and SD C&I, building scalable data pipelines and data models while prioritizing reliability and maintainability.

The role is based in Poland (Gdansk and Warsaw) with a hybrid working model, and requires strong experience in data warehousing, Oracle, PL/SQL and DataStage, plus CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in data engineering and data warehousing.
• Ability to design data warehouse solutions with maintainability in mind.
• Hands-on with Oracle, PL/SQL and DataStage; strong ownership of end-to-end delivery.
• Willingness to understand business domain and translate into robust data solutions.
• Solid practice in CI/CD and modern data engineering workflows.
