Jit Team is hiring for a Data Transformation role within a leading international financial institution. You will join a cross-functional team to develop data products that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization and translate complex business needs into scalable analytics solutions built on modern Big Data technologies.

Qualificações

• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with complex business and technical requirements.
• Hands-on data analysis, data quality, data governance and data hygiene activities.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of features, tasks and user stories.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Understanding of Big Data ecosystems and modern data platforms.
• Familiarity with Machine Learning concepts and CI/CD practices.
• Banking or financial services domain knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to quickly understand new technologies and ask the right questions.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality data solutions.
• Work closely with Data Products and contribute to building common capabilities within the data ecosystem.
• Gather, analyze and translate complex business requirements into actionable features and user stories.
• Design and shape advanced solutions in data, analytics and reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs and outcomes.
• Manage delivery dependencies across multiple teams and units.
• Ensure data quality, consistency and support data-driven decisions.
• Work as part of a cross-functional Agile team, owning tasks and deliverables.
